1. How do I buy?

We simplify our process for your convenience, which involves the following steps:

(8)The order is considered complete.

2. What are the accepted payment methods?

The payment should be 100% completed in advance via either T/T(Wire Transfer), Western Union, or MoneyGram. Please note that all TRANSACTION FEES should be born on the sender’s side.

3. When will my order be shipped?
To expedite the shipping processes, we will begin preparing your shipment upon receipt/notice of payment. Once the payment is confirmed, we will dispatch your goods within 2-3 days by international express-DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS, Aramex, etc upon agreement of both parties.
 
4. Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes, every parcel we send will come with an independent tracking number provided by the courier service companies, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, Post Airmail, etc.

5. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide and currently offer delivery to over 170 countries. Depending on the country or region, we will recommend suitable shipping options.

Please note that additional fees may be charged for remote regions in accordance with the policy of the express company. The buyer is responsible for any customs taxes or duties incurred.

6. Are your products marked?

Yes. Each product is labeled with visible and invisible identification marks unique to our company.

7. How can I return the defective products?

If returning a defective screen under warranty, you must contact our after-sales team first to get an RMA Number. We will not accept any screens without an RMA Number issued.

8. How do you identify which product is yours in case of exchange or replacement?
Each of our products is stamped with a special stamp. Please don’t wipe/remove it as it will void your warranty with us. If you have any questions or concern about a product’s ownership, please call one of our sales representatives or send us an email with pictures so we can authenticate if the product is ours.
