We accept regular means of payments, such as Bank Wire Transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram, and Cash. By the way, PayPal can be accepted as the means of payment for sample orders sometimes.

Normally we will ship it out within 2- 3 days after payment confirmation(only when the products in high demand or out of stock will take more time).

As soon as your parcel is on the way, you will receive an email with a tracking number from us, which will enable you to track the parcel from us to your home or the collecting point.

Custom duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are paid by Receiver. We are responsible for arranging the shipment of your order. However, it’s your responsibility to pay any duties and taxes charged by customs in your country and prepare the required clearance documents. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Return / Refund / Exchange Policy

1) All of our stuffs are provided a one-year warranty based on the date of purchase.

2) If you find any defective ones during the warranty (physical damage or damage caused by incorrect installation and usage are excluded), you may initiate for an exchange or refund request. Warm reminded: To avoid man-made damage in the process of using, thus made it out of warranty scope, please test all the products before installation.

Afer receiving incorrect or damaged product(s), please do as follows:

1) Please contact us imediately.

2) Please keep all the items in original condition and also keep the packing stuff, weigh all the items together with packing.

3) Please kindly provide us with proofs as below:

* The photos of original package with front and back sides

* The photos of original sticker “IFT”

* The photos of video of the incorrect/defective item(s)

* The photos, video or screenshot showing the malfunction of the defective item(s)

4) If the LCDs were ok without broken or damaged when we tested it, we would send it back. And the return shipping fee is the buyer’s responsibility.

Any defective stuffs without human-damage and installed could be returned back and have an exchange or refund, items must be returned in the original packaging and in its original conditions (new and unused):

1) Please test the goods ASAP once you get your parcel, if you find the defectives, please keep and send it to us in 30 days,and we will send you replacement at next order.

2) If the goods had been used and there have scratches or broken on face, then no warranty. Please be care of the flex, the broken flex may cause lcd or touch not working.

3) Please be clear of our stamp “IFT, if the goods were not come from us, then no warranty.

When you submit a request for a return, our Customer Service Team will advise you for the warehouse address to send your item.

We will afford the return postage (from your country to us). If you paid us by Paypal, we will refund you directly as agreed.
Attention: We do not pay the return postage for packages that do not meet our policy or agreement.

If not happy with the order, you can return it within 7 days after receiving for a full refund or an exchange. Remember to contact us before returning them, for we do not accept any unallowed packages. If the return is not the result of our error, customers will be required to pay the shipping cost both ways. Please make sure the items you send back to us in the original packaging.
