1- Cosmetic assessment-
● Examine if the surface of the Glass lens is harmed or off-painted.
● Check front bezel debonding, blocked screw hole, or any damage.
● Inspect whether the flex cable is damaged or broken.
● Inspect the backlight adhesion is normal or not.
● Check hydrophobic effect with the help of water, N-hexane, and alcohol.
2- Display and function test-
● By pulling up and down, changing pages, moving icons, test the touch function.
● Check the sensitivity and 3D Touch functionality.
● Test whether the pure color screen is normal or not.
● Check if the screen turns black under the polarizer.
● Test the brightness and color coordination with color analyzer CA310.
3- Structure test-
● Measure length, width, and thickness.
● Check the LCD metal plate is well-matched or not and the screw hole is well-aligned or not.
● Test screen fitness with iPhone housing after installation.
● After installation, check the function is normal or not.
● Inspect if the light leaked or backlight is conflicted with the LCD touch ID function test.
4- Vibration test-
